We currently estimate our Grid Services customers will receive an average of around £100 - £110 a year through our battery optimisation.
You are entitled to cancel your Grid Service Agreement at any time although we will need 2 months notice in order to action this for you.
If you wish to cancel your GSA, please email us at support@social.energy with your name and address and we will confirm when your account has been cancelled.
Once the account is cancelled, you will no longer be a Social Energy customer or receive any credits from us going forward.
