CT Clamps

If you notice that your app is showing energy being transferred in the wrong way on your system and you have a Duracell battery then it may mean that your CT Clamp is the wrong way round.

These clamps can easily be unclipped and switched around and this will resolve this issue for you. Instructions and images are included below:

It’s simple and safe, you just undo the latch on the back, ensure the clamps attached to the far-right cable of the meter and the arrow is pointing towards the meter. 

Below you can see an example picture (bear in mind this won't be your meter, but the components of the issue are the same)

Circled in red you can see the clamp we'd be referring to. 

It may be a little tough to see on the image but the arrow is pointing down the cable, away from the meter. 

This would simply just need to be un-latched, flipped 180 degrees so the arrow is pointing up the cable towards the meter and this should resolve the issues with the app incorrectly displaying.
