Battery display

If you've recently had your battery installed and the display looks odd, don't worry.

Your battery will be running the pre-qualification test required by national grid to participate in grid services.

This is an automatic process that occurs once you have joined Social Energy and involves charging and discharging the battery automatically a couple of times overnight.

If the battery is too cold or too hot the test can last two nights.

If the test passes it will only be performed once.
