I've got a battery, do I need to be a Social Energy customer?

You will start to make savings right away through the biggest battery savings - self-consumption, no matter which Energy Supplier you are with. You will become a Social Energy customer as soon as your SE Hub is installed which means you will be able to take advantage of our one of a kind Grid Service payments alongside the self consumption saving.

Once you download the Social Energy App and sign your GSA (Grid Services Agreement) we will start the process of getting you set up to start earning with us.

This process can take up to 90 days from the time you download the app and your system is registered by your installer.
