Social Energy ceased to trade as an energy supplier on 20/11/2021 and following the SoLR (Supplier of Last Resort) process set out by OFGEM, our customers were transferred over to British Gas.

All of the final bills with Social Energy were produced by the end of January 2022 and a copy of the final bill, the meter reading used and final balance was passed over to British Gas in February 2022.
Social Energy LTD no longer hold any copies of historic bills or billing data so we are unable to help with any final balance queries but if you give British Gas a call, they will have all the information they need to help with your query.
