It sounds like the unit isn’t able to establish an internet connection.
First, check that all internet connections (or TP link units if you have them) are working properly.
Then try restarting the system and giving it 30-minutes to sort itself out.
Or, there could be an issue with the local communications network.
Have you made any changes to your internet/router recently? Changed ISP? Added new device? If so, you may need to check all of your connections.
