This could be due to the fact that your bill has not yet been generated.
We will always do everything that we can to ensure a bill is produced within a month of your supply start date.
If it’s been 2 months since you joined and you still can’t see your bill, get in touch with us and one of our experts will help you.
If your bills are not opening when you select one to view, please make sure you are using a minimum operating system of iOS 10 or Android 6 (marshmallow).
