It's really easy.
You will have entered into a contract with the installer of your battery and hub and when you join up to the Social Energy app, you will need to agree to the Grid Services Agreement (GSA) which allows us to control the battery on your behalf.
If you haven’t yet, please download the App via the Apple ‘App Store’ or Google ‘Play Store’.
If it is the first time you are signing up to the app, you will simply need to follow the sign up journey using the email address you gave the installer at point of sale.
If you have used the app before but are trying to sign up again - you will need to make sure you are clicking on the 'sign up' option to begin with so that you can confirm your email address and set up a new password.
How to get setup:
- Download the new Social Energy app
- Choose ‘sign up’ NOT ‘login’
- Set up a new account, following the on-screen prompts, with your existing email address (don’t worry, all of your existing information will still be safe)
This is a one time set up so once you have confirmed your email address and set up your preferred password you will then be able to use the log in button going forward.
