If you're struggling to log in to the Social Energy app and it is your first time using it, you will need to click sign-up, rather than log in.
Once you've done this, complete the set up using your normal email address and it will then allow you to pick up where you left off.
This is a one time set up so once you have confirmed your email address and set up your preferred password you will then be able to use the log in button going forward.
