To make life easier for you and to keep our costs down all of our customers pay by Variable Direct Debit. (VDD)
So you will pay each month by Variable Direct Debit (VDD) 3 days after we create your bill.
Your bill should be sent within 5 days of your meter reading, provided you have sent a reading within 5 days of receiving a notification requesting a reading on your App.
If a payment fails or your account goes into debt, you will lose your Social Energy Hub savings until the period after your direct debit is reactivated and your debt balance paid.
So please make sure the bank account you have authorised for us to collect the Direct Debit payment from is up to date and has enough funds to cover all Charges due to us.
