Once your contract is in place, you have a 14 day cooling off period to change your mind. If the cooling off period has passed and you want to cancel your contract you simply need to contact us, unless you are switching to a new supplier (they will contact us on your behalf).
You may end your contract at any time after your supply start date without being liable to pay any additional fee.
If you’re moving house and wish to end your contract, please get in touch with us prior to your move.
This contract will automatically end where our supply of energy to the address has been disconnected for any reason, including because you have transferred to another supplier or Ofgem has given a ‘Last Resort Supply Direction’ to another supplier in respect of the energy to your address.
You will remain liable to pay all charges incurred up to the contract end date, even after the contract has ended.
