If you don’t provide a meter reading in the required time frame each month your bill will be based on an estimated reading.
If you provide a meter reading outside of the required time frame, we will use this reading to update your account, but it won't be used to calculate your bill, this will still be based on an estimate.
We won’t revise your bill in between each monthly calendar scheduled bill. If you do receive an estimated bill, an actual meter reading will be required the following month to ensure your bills remain accurate and in line with exactly what you have used in your property.
If we do not have an up to date meter reading for the bill prior to the month your savings credit is due, you will lose your Social Energy Hub savings until the period after you provide an actual meter reading and are billed up to date.
We need your meter readings, but there's no need to pop a note in your calendar (or on the fridge door), we'll send you a reminder every time we need a reading from you.
